What we store

Scans. We store the generated report (which quotes your theorem declarations and flagged lines), the file name, and its SHA-256 hash. We do not store the submitted source file itself. Unlisted scan reports are purged automatically after 30 days unless attached to a Deep Audit order.
Orders and enquiries. Your name, email address, organisation, repository URL, and scope notes, used to perform the audit and correspond with you. Order records are retained for six years for tax and accounting compliance.
Payments. Card payments are processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Security & rate limiting. A strictly necessary first-party cookie (sc_vid) protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and a keyed hash of your IP address rate-limits form submissions for up to 24 hours.
Search advert measurement. If you arrive via a Google search advert carrying a click identifier (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid), we ask whether we may record that click ID against your session for up to 100 days so we know whether our advert led to a scan or paid order. If you decline or do not answer, the click ID is never shared with Google and unanswered pending records are deleted after 7 days. We load no third-party tracking scripts on the site.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
